Yes, after successful completion of any of our tests your CEUs will automatically be recorded.
We made it easy for you. Go to the Dashboard page and you now have different options to see your valid CEUs:
  • The CEU meter will instantly show your valid accumulated CEUs
  • The top left block named “Current CEUs” will show your valid CEUs
  • You can click on “View Details” in any of the blocks which will give you a detailed description of your CEUs
  • You can also click on the Certificates menu to see a detailed description of your CEUs
You first have to register as a user before you can activate your account. Once registered, follow these easy steps:
  1. Professionals
  • Login with your Username/email address and Password
  • Click on Dashboard
  • Enter your HPCSA or medical counsil number with the prefix
  • Re-enter your HPCSA number with the prefix
  • If you are not registered with the HPCSA or medical counsil, tick the block next to I'm not registered
  • Choose your country from the dropdown list
  • Click on Register
  • Your account is now activated and ready for use!
  1. Lecturers
  • Login with your Username/email address and Password
  • Click on Dashboard
  • Choose your University from the dropdown list
  • Enter you access code
  • Enter your HPCSA number with prefix if applicable
  • Click on Register
  • Your account is now activated and ready for use!
  1. Students
  • Login with your Username/email address and Password
  • Click on Dashboard
  • Enter you student number
  • Choose your University from dropdown list
  • Choose your Current year as a student from dropdown list
  • Enter your access code
  • Click on Register
  • Your account is now activated and ready for use!
If you have already paid for your order, your course will automatically be unlocked and made available to you. We can unfortunately not reverse this process. Sorry!
If you have not yet paid for your order, you will receive an email from us a few days after your order has been placed notifying you that the order has not yet been paid. You can reply on this email requesting cancellation of your order. Your order will then be cancelled.
Once courses have been added to your cart, follow these steps:
  • Navigate to item on the menu bar
  • Click on checkout

  • Navigate to item on menu bar
  • Click on View cart
  • Click on Proceed to checkout
You will now be directed to the checkout page. On the checkout page, follow these steps:
  • Complete your billing information
  • Choose method of payment
  • Tick “I’ve read and accept the terms and conditions”
  • Click on Place order
  • If the Credit or Debit cart option has been chosen, follow the Paygate instructions
  • If the EFT or Cash option has been chosen, an email will be send to your email address with payment instructions.
