Frequently Asked Questions


  • Navigate to Dashboard on the Menu bar
  • On the Dashboard page, click on Tests
  • A list of unlocked courses and tests will appear under My Courses and My Tests
  • Upon successful completion of your test, the date will appear in the My Tests column

  • On the Dashboard page, click Certificates or My CEUs
On the Dashboard page, the second top left block named “CEUs Expire This Month” will show if any of your CEUs will expire this month. You can click on “View Details” for a detailed description.
  1. When your order has been placed, you can pay for courses with any of the following methods:
  • Credit or Debit Card (Visa or Mastercard)
  • EFT Bank Transfer
  • Cash Payment
Credit or Debit Card To pay with a Credit or Debit Card:
  • Choose the Paygate payment option
  • Click on Place order and follow the instructions.
EFT Bank Transfer Choose EFT bank transfer if you wish to transfer payment from your bank account to our bank account with electronic banking. Our bank details for EFT bank transfer are:

Registration as a user consists of a two-step process – Registration and Activation of your account. First things first:
  • Click on Register on the menu bar.
  • Complete all you details.
  • Tick I’m not a robot and complete the action.
  • Click on the Register button.
  • An email will be sent to your inbox (also check your spam folder) to confirm your registration.
  • Navigate to Dashboard on the Menu bar
  • On the Dashboard page, click on Tests
  • A list of unlocked courses and tests will appear under My Courses and My Tests column
  • Click on Take Test to navigate to the test page
  • Read instructions carefully before taking the test
  • If you are a student at a university, enter your password.
  • Click on “Click here to start”
You first have to unlock your course of interest. See How to unlock a course to unlock a training course. Once your course has been unlocked, follow these steps:
  • Navigate to the Dashboard page
  • Click on Courses
  • Click on the relevant category
  • Click on the relevant subcategory
  • Click on Take Course of the relevant course title
  • In the training module click on the horizontal bar to open the text
  • Click on the bold and underlined words to see the relevant image for that concept
OR
  • Navigate to Dashboard on the Menu bar
  • On the Dashboard page, click on Tests
  • A list of unlocked courses and tests will appear under My Courses and My Tests column
  • Click on Take Course to navigate to the SPICERAT training module
An email will be sent to you informing you of the progress of your order. You can however follow these steps to check the status of your order:
  • Login with your username or email address and password
  • Go to Dashboard
  • Click on My Orders
  • A list of your orders showing the status of your order will appear.
For orders paid with Credit or Debit card, your course will be available immediately after the transaction has been successfully completed. Orders paid with EFT or Cash have a 2 – 3 working day waiting period. To speed up the availability of your course, please email proof of payment to info@radcrit.co.za.
According to HPCSA guidelines, your certificate is valid for 24 months after successful completion of your test.
You course does not expire until the successful completion of your test. After successful completion of your test, you can still access your course for 2 years. After the duration of 2 years your course will expire.
