I’m having trouble logging into RadCrit. Please help!
If you're having trouble logging in, please make sure you are using the correct username or email address and password. If you've forgotten your password, don't worry, resetting your password will take care of it.I forgot my password, what now?
If you can't remember your password, just click on Login and click on “Lost your password?” Enter your email address and we'll email you a link to reset it.How do I change my current password?
- Go the Dashboard page
- Click on User Profile
- Go to Account Details
- Enter your new password
- Re-enter your password in Confirm Password
- Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page
- Your new password is now ready for use
Can I change the email I use to log into RadCrit?
Yes you can, just follow these steps:- Go to the Dashboard page
- Click on User Profile
- Go to Account Details
- Delete your current email address
- Enter your new email address
- Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
- Your new email address is now valid
