REGISTRATION

As a registered user you can monitor your CEUs, you can reprint your certificates and you'll be able to manage and track your orders. It's easy to do and it's free.
Registration as a user consists of a two-step process – Registration and Activation of your account. First things first:
  • Click on Register on the menu bar.
  • Complete all you details.
  • Tick I’m not a robot and complete the action.
  • Click on the Register button.
  • An email will be sent to your inbox (also check your spam folder) to confirm your registration.
You first have to register as a user before you can activate your account. Once registered, follow these easy steps:
  1. Professionals
  • Login with your Username/email address and Password
  • Click on Dashboard
  • Enter your HPCSA or medical counsil number with the prefix
  • Re-enter your HPCSA number with the prefix
  • If you are not registered with the HPCSA or medical counsil, tick the block next to I'm not registered
  • Choose your country from the dropdown list
  • Click on Register
  • Your account is now activated and ready for use!
  1. Lecturers
  • Login with your Username/email address and Password
  • Click on Dashboard
  • Choose your University from the dropdown list
  • Enter you access code
  • Enter your HPCSA number with prefix if applicable
  • Click on Register
  • Your account is now activated and ready for use!
  1. Students
  • Login with your Username/email address and Password
  • Click on Dashboard
  • Enter you student number
  • Choose your University from dropdown list
  • Choose your Current year as a student from dropdown list
  • Enter your access code
  • Click on Register
  • Your account is now activated and ready for use!
Please Note: Your number on certificates already issued can not be changed at all. To change your HPCSA or student number, please send us an email at info@radcrit.co.za with a request to reset your account. We will reset your account and inform you by email. When you receive the email, login with your username/email address and password, then go to Dashboard and activate your account with the correct registration number. If you want us to change your HPCSA or student number on your behalf, you need to email us a certified copy of your HPCSA or student registration, as well as a copy of your ID.
