Your use of this web site constitutes your agreement to the terms and conditions shown below, which may be subject to change from time to time.  By using the Website and by clicking on the “Register” button on the Website, as may be applicable, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions then you are not authorized to use this Web site. You may only use this site to browse the content, make legitimate purchases and shall not use this site for any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent purchase. This site and the content provided in this site may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed. Deep-linking, embedding or using analogous technology is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use of this site and/or the materials contained on this site may violate applicable copyright, trademark or other intellectual property laws or other laws.

Multi – Media Training is a business that supplies training courseware, as well as online training courses through their Radcrit e-commerce website.

Registration

To register as a user, you must provide a unique username and password and provide certain information and personal details. You will need to use your unique username and password to access the Website in order to purchase Training Courses, complete a Training Course and do assessments. You agree and warrant that your username and password shall be used for personal use only and not be disclosed by you to any third party.

We respect your privacy and will take reasonable measures to protect it, as more fully detailed below.

Should you decide to register as a user on the Website, we may require you to provide us with personal information which includes but is not limited to –

  • your name and surname;
  • your professional registration number (HPCSA number for SA customers)
  • student number (for students registered at a University)
  • your email address;
  • your mobile number

Order processing

Professionals

A person with or without a valid HPCSA registration number can order Training Courses via our shop on the website.

Universities/Students

Universities order Training Courses via their procurement process.

Students enrolled at an University that have purchased Radcrit’s Training Courses will receive an access code from the University to activate their account on the website.

Payment Options

Professionals

We are committed to providing secure online payment facilities.  Card transactions will be acquired for Multi – Media Training via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Payments to unlock training courses can be done via –

  • debit card (Visa and MasterCard)
  • credit card (Visa and MasterCard)
  • direct bank deposit or electronic funds transfer: if you pay via direct bank deposit or electronic funds transfer, a 3 day waiting period will apply before a course/s will be unlocked.
  • cash payment: if you pay with cash, a 3 day waiting period will apply before a course/s will be unlocked.

Universities/Students

Universities will be invoiced for courses purchased. Courses will be unlocked once full payment has been received.

Cancellation and Refunds policy

Courses paid with debit or credit card cannot be cancelled, as the purchase process is automated and can unfortunately not be reversed.

If a course was bought with EFT or Cash option, the transaction can be cancelled before payment has been done by requesting cancellation via email to info@radcrit.co.za.

Delivery policy

On receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3 days for EFT and Cash payment and immediately for Card transactions. Progress of the transaction will be confirmed by email.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The Website and all Content on the Website, including any current or future offer of products or services, are provided on an “as is” basis, and may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. The Owners make no warranty or representation as to the availability, accuracy or completeness of the Content

The use of any product bought from this Website is at the purchaser’s risk. The purchaser/ user indemnifies and holds the Provider harmless against any loss which may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on the Website.
